Hello: I am new to this group. I paid for a lifetime membership. I have sent in my picture holding the piece of paper that identifies me to the site. Therefore I am certified. My status says "Certification" with a check mark. But when I go to my profile it says "Not Certified" What am I missing? Thank you for any help in this matter.
