I have been working on losing weight through the Diabetes Prevention program at the YMCA for the past six months and I have lost almost 20 pounds so far, but I have lost almost 65 pounds since my heaviest weight and I have about 65 to go to reach my ideal weight. I look at the pictures I posted on TN when I was 25 pounds heavier and I am embarrassed by them. Nevertheless, I am not quite ready to post more, perhaps when I have lost another 15 pounds.

Went out midday for a bit of x-c skiing at a state park. I skied out to an offshoot loop that less people use. Got undressed, took a picture, then started skiing. And promptly saw a couple who were walking the trail the reverse direction. They were only about 50 feet away. Nothing I could do but smile and say "good morning." She didn't seem bothered and said "good morning" in return. I did the mile loop twice before getting dressed. But a good experience for my first time skiing nude.
