Like naked chair and senior yoga at home, but would be interested in small groups. Also like aquatic exercise, but not had much recent naturist opportunity. Naturist swimming in other countries, almost no opportunity in Alaska. BTW, if you aren't certified and/or I don't already know you, don't bother sending me a friend request. Too many people who are not who they claim to be. You might really be Sean Hannity or Marjorie Taylor Green or somebody even more odd for cat's sake! Four months ago, I had a stroke. The biggest deficit is aphasia/apraxia. I am trying to overcome it with exercise which releases brain-derived neurotrophic factor which helps regrow injured nerves . I started a group for stroke survivors.
