  Unless you've been banned for inappropriate behavior of some kind, AND if the chat room is functioning normally, there's no reason it shouldn't work for you, assuming you have a late enough version of FLASH player.

  i have the latest version of flash player! but when i click on the chat button they write that i'm not allowed to enter this room! do you know how to fix this??

  You should get a screen that flashchat is loading, then it should connect, load the language, and such.
  At what point does it say you're not allowed ?
  I suspect you've been banned for some reason,( possibly accidentally ? ) which lasts either 24 or 48 hours, depending on which rumor you listen to.
  Myself, I almost never use chat, so I don't know. Sorry...
