Comments on Peoples Pics . . . — Announcements on True Nudists on True Nudists

Nobody asked me for my opinion - but I have one to share.

As I've looked at pics at friends, or maybe pics of someone listed as friends of my friends I have noticed
several men posting comments so sophomoric that i'd expect only from 12-13 yr boys looking at their
first centerfold magazine.

I've found these comments both offensive and embarrassing. I know, that's MY Problem and no one else's. I own that.

I guess the only real approach is that if the young lady finds the comments offensive, she can delete them.

But, you can bet I won't accept these guys as members of any group that I moderate.

I couldn't agree with you more, in fact here is a post I did three months ago."So I took a stroll into the Gallery and I must admit I was appalled at what I saw. No not the people, but the comments. So many comments are rude, disrespectful and as far as I'm concerned very unbecoming to the true nudist. Are people like 12 years old???? Sorry about the rant, just don't like to see my lifestyle getting walked on, its kinda like a building or a tree getting tagged."Thanks for bringing this up my friend.

I would have to agree with how childish the comments are. If I would of seen this first I know that I would of not become a member. I hope others are not like this.

They creep me out. I am old school and I would never say those things to someone I know much less a stranger. I guess it is an internet thing .People say things they wouldn't if they were face to face.

I go to White Tail Nudist Resort and if you said those kind of things to a lady you would be gone in a matter of minutes.

Some people never learn social etiquette or how to cultivate good human relations. I think it's the result of poor parenting primarily, they never got trained, and end up allowing the carnal nature free reign through the words that come forth, without exercising self discipline. trouble is the person doing such talking may be oblivious to what they sound like.

A small example might be how I caught my cousin (by marriage so not legally related) about to send a message to someone who was selling something, saying: "what's the lowest price you'll take for ..........?" I stopped him. And explained that I hate it when someone asks me that. It's not proper business. If you want to see if he'll take less than the advertised price, make a cash offer. Then the seller can either accept it or make a counter offer. He admitted it wasn't a good question. What I don't get is how people can say things without switching roles. Think "What is this going to sound like to them?" And then reword it or don't say it if it's not going to sound good. But I suppose if someone comes from a poor situation, they may not even have a clue what it sounds like to someone else. maybe they're handing out such inappropriate sexist comments in real life. Some people are crude enough to do that. But like you says, they wouldn't last 5 minutes at a decent resort.

The reality is Truenudists is a porn site, a very small percentage of its members are actual naturists.

I agree that a lot of the comments should not have been made or should be deleted. I have posted photos in group galleries and in my own gallery but I am only notified if someone comments on the ones in my personal gallery. If someone comments on ones in other galleries, I never know unless I go looking through the gallery which I dont do that often.
I dont think that TN is a porn site but i do think that some men use it as a Tender site thinking that women here are looking for guys to hit on them.

Good evening. I agree with you and have recently began to think about all the 'sexual' comments posted on this nudist site. I noticed the other day that a lot of the pictures of men have no comments. But as soon as a picture of a women appears, it usually gets a lot of comments such as "very sexy", "I would love to be with you", "Great breasts", or "I wish I was there with you right now, I could do such and such". We claim to just be nudists and very well may be, but the comments give the perspective that we (men) are something else. The bad thing about this is that women may feel a certain kind of way and leave the site.

I have had a few of those comments on my pictures. I have gone through and removed those comments. This is a nudist site, not a tinder.

Hi everyone, these comments are the reason that my wife and I do not post pics on here. We are not the fittest of people and we know that some of the comments would get us pissed. We think that the fact that we do not have pictures on here has limited the amount of interaction we have with other members and taken away from our comfort to meet other nudist.

In many ways TN is no different from an adult hook up site or TrueSwingers. In fact between TrueNudists and TrueSwingers I think the lines are quite blurred. Your original post has been my pet peeve of online dating sites in general for years. I've joined and paid up to be a member only to discover all of my "matches" either have blank profiles, no pictures, or haven't been online in eons. Total. Waste. Of. Money. Even when I did contact someone I was actually interested I would never get a response back. Again. Total. Waste. Of. My. Time.

Not sure that I agree that naturism is 'designed to openly show' anything -- that's exhibitionism. For me naturism is about NOT focusing on breasts and genitals, waistline etc. , but being free and comfortable in a natural state without evaluating someone else's body to comment whether or not they have a nice anything....

I think that you'll find that the type of attitudes and comments being discussed are often closely matched to whether they are the views of people who have experience of social nudism.

These are the same people that would not be nude in public.

There already is a site like that, I believe by the same people as this one. The site being trueswingers.com . Perhaps they moderators need the do more of informing people of this and directing such nonsense there.

Yes there is TS, and from comments on here and elsewhere, I understand anythings goes. Some have stated that those individuals should go there and do their 'stuff' and 'comment' but the true fact is they don't want to and believe it's their 'right' to do it on TN. Look at any cam where an individual is taking "it to another level", and you inform them go to TS, you'll get comment, "you don't have to look". And why don't those making comments move to TS, it's because many that get those comments on here want them and it keeps those individuals making the comments justified to stay on TN instead of been on TS. There is no way that TN can keep those individuals of the site without actually barring their ISP address. I've seen one individual come back at least 10+ times with another ID almost the same as the one they had previously. Only thing best to do is block those individuals from getting to your profile and letting TN deal as best as they can with them.

If they have not posted anything, have hundreds of friends and are members of several groups, then it seems like they are just trolling and want to be friends just so that they can see your Friends Only Photos.

Dont see it as a problem as you can delete those messages/comments from your pics. Every TN member is in total control of the comments and can get rid of it.

I will look at pictures and not comment. Yes I have looked at some pictures and looked at the breasts, penis, vagina, or even ass but not once will I ever say nice tits. This site is not that kind of site. You can think it just dont say it. Its amazing how people have so much courage to type something but they would never say anything.
Yes I have had those comments on my pictures and yes, I deleted those comments.
