Contacting admin

I've been with tn for more than 10 years.
Recently I was offered paid membership concessions for being a loyal member.
I've sent three messages over 6 weeks via the contact us form and via email. Haven't received any replies.
Yes, I've checked the spam folder

I'd still like to sign up for paid membership, but I am concerned that if no one can be bothered to respond when I'm trying to join and give them money, they won't bother if there is a problem in some way.
