Is there a way to flag a photo from a group I don't belong to?

One of my friends has joined the group DressedWhiteFemale-NBM and the picture that comes up in my feed is obviously pornographic and a blatant violation of the rules. I can find no way to flag the picture or the group and I don't want to unfriend my friend or block them. Is there a way to flag the group or its pictures?

    The group needs to be flagged not just the foto.
