New logging in to chat

I have logged in to find its a new chat layout & asks for your username before allowing; on doing this it then tells me to register and won't let me in chat... Help anyone ? :)

    I can't get in either.  Gets stuck during "loading language" screen.

    It's "Patch Tuesday" for Microsoft Windows folks.  Running Windows update resolved the problem for me.
