Where should a help qiestion be?

I were in the chat, and got a mail in the home-page, when I clicked, the chat opened in a new own page, so now I am always in the chat, and cant get out,

when I click on the house, it still says I am in the chat, so how do I close the chat? when the chat seems to be hidden.
