Our story... Until around 2100 GMT on 20-Oct-2011 we were on the truenudists site as "nicenudies". Similar to Lexia, were among the most popular members on the site. (We are writing now as niceUNdies).
Apparently our "nicenudies" profile was "flagged by multiple users" and has been deleted by the Admin. We really have no idea why: we had a good profile with lots of info and stories of our nude adventures; we had lots of pictures (300+), a video which everybody loved; and we were active on the site, always chatting and we both went nude on cam together.
It was very disappointing and upsetting to us to find our profile gone, and an email saying "Your account can not be re-instated, and you are no longer welcome in our community". THIS community has been part of our life for 3 years; the friends we made; the sharing of info; the fun chats; and so on. To suddenly have this taken away makes us very sad and wondering what we have done wrong.
We wonder, is the deletion of a profile automatic after so many flagging, or is there some human decision? We feel sure that IF our profile was given reasoned consideration, then it could be seen that keeping our profile (and Lexia's) would only be advantageous to the site. Remember we are talking about a profile that was created in October 2008 and has grown since and was never flagged before now.
We have a theory on a possible reason for why we have been flagged more recently. Having a decent profile with lots of picture, we got many friends requests. Lately, if there was little or no information about the member and/or no picture, we would message them with a request to update their profile before we would accept a friend request. We got many recurring requests from members who had not taken onboard our request, so we would message them back again. We believe that the recent flagging has arisen (perhaps partly) from disgruntled members who we would not befriend and/or not private cam with.
We really hope there is chance you can help to get both us and Lexia reinstated; we are good people and have no desire to cause issues in the community and certainly do not intend to disobey any of the TN rules. We feel there has been an injustice against us and we feel cheated since we had no chance to defend ourselves.

ManOfWicklowOct 23, 2011The rules regarding FALSE flagging are quite clear. False flagging will get you banned, but I wonder if there is any checking on the flagger as to weather it may or may not be false. Indeed, if people are allowed to just flag willy nilly whenever they feel like doing so, then we have a very serious situation requiring urgent attention from TT1 and TT2.

westheathenOct 23, 2011I certainly hope that there is a check made on the accusd accounts rather than just booting folks after alot of flaggingss. Also it would be helpful if when people were informed of being flagged they were given a reason; and also a chance to correct whatever had "crime" had been comitted as it may well have been inadvertant.
Lexia has also returned but is as clueless as NiceNudies as to the reason for her expulsion. Although she had mentioned that people had accused her of not being a nudist (because a number of the photos on her account were clothed). They obviously hadn't bothered looking to find out what the rest were like. Also apparently someone had accused her of being a man, if that was the case why would there be a female social networking account with a selection of her clothed photos and poems out there?ReactReply - ST

laredfishOct 23, 2011i've yet to understand a lot of things about tn. they state the rules about what pics can and cannot contain yet there are an abundant number of profiles that clearly violate these rules and remain on the site, while other profiles such as nicenudies and lexia that haven't obviously violated any rules are banned without an explanation. i think at the very least an explanation is due otherwise a lot of members may choose not to renew their memberships.ReactReply - CO

celt69Oct 23, 2011I am a personal friend of nicenudies and was horrified when they told me about True Nudists closing their account. They have been members of this site for three years, and are members of other nudist websites, of which they are very popular and friendly members, both of the websites and of their naturist friends in general.
I feel the admin of this site need to address the way members are approved, there are many profile on here that do not conform to your own rules, the way a number of flags can get genuine member removed with no investigation into the background, and to the content of some of the photos displyed on here. This site is turning into a soft porn site, open legged obvious exhibitionist photos with comments which are not in keeping with the naturist ethic.
Two genuine naturist have been removed due to the allegations of jealous or ignorant people. I think this site need to change its way before you loose more genuine members, not because they have been removeed by you, but due to them leaving of their own accord and spending their time and money on other naturist sites.
I shall be sitting back watching this situation before deciding whether I remain a member.ReactReply - JA
jasonOct 23, 2011if one person is disgruntled then th eone flag they get won't do much if any harm. if the disgruntled person gets a lot of people to flag for no reason other than a personal vendetta, then the disgruntled flagger should be removed. removing long term members for no apparent reason is the kind of things that will drive other long time members from the site.

SteveEOct 23, 2011This does seem unfair to remove users with no warning, no explanation, no right of reply and no opportunity to put right anything deemed to have broken the rules.As far as I was concerned there was nothing offensive in either the photos or posts and it is a mystery to me why they were deleted so suddenly.

kenderOct 23, 2011I seem to remember another nudist site that started indiscriminately shutting down profiles with no cause, reason, or response given for the deletion of the account. They quickly went down the drain and turned into soft porn/lifestyle site. This type of treatment will cause a decrease in membership, not only from the unjustly evicted but also from others that don't appreciate that type of attitude from site admin and will abandon the sinking ship.ReactReply - CO

ChuckOct 23, 2011I have seen worse profiles on this site. The these two profiles never brought ant disgrace upon the site or themselves. People with to much power are often seen as bullies and want to be the only kids on the block. People who continue to flag for no apparent reason are just the bullies we don't need on the site. TT1 and TT2 please use discretion and at least contact the person before just deleting without cause. Every one is innocent until proven guilty.

OllyOct 23, 2011I know Lexia_ram well She is extramly hurt by her treatment and , though she is back it may not be for long as she feels an injustice has been done. I have never met a kinder, more thoughtfull and cnsiderate person, who respected this site and upheld it's standards, and those of naturism. I know nicenudes less well but I have never seen either user do anything wrong.
What do they have in common? 1 they were both banned at the same time. 2 they were banned because (as the messages said) "Your account has been flagged by multiple users"; and 3 They were both near the top of the popularity list (#8 and #11).
With over 100,000 users on this site they must have been visited by many many thousands of users. How many users is "multiple"? is it as many as are giving their support here? It can't compare with the thousands that have visited them.ReactReply - CO
cocoboloOct 23, 2011I'm afraid I have only been a (paid) member for a very short time, so my knowledge of how the site functions and of the inner workings is extremely limited. Neither do I expect my one voice to carry any weight here.
However, I was more than surprised when I discovered that Jo & Steve had been unceremoniously given the proverbial boot without being given any legitimate reason.
If, in fact, there was "multiple flagging" and if, in fact, it was caused by disgruntled members who chose not to respect the request of Jo & Steve to have a proper profile with pics up, then the disgruntled members are the ones who need to serve some time off.
I too have asked that anyone who would like to befriend me (I'm a friendly guy) send me a message first for a brief chat. I see nothing wrong with that. But it is very obvious that many members will send a friend request without ever taking the few minutes necessary to read a profile.
I found Jo & Steve's profile to be the best on the site, and in fact made mention of it on my own.
Those members who are obvious spammers get turned in immediately. Unfortunately, in the very short time I have been here, there have been many friend requests from such members.
As far as Jo & Steve's profile and photos, and especially the cute video, I cannot for the life of me imagine why the site owner would want to revoke their membership. Surely such popular members are doing nothing but good for the site.
How about this...those who flagged these people come forward and offer up an explanation. You may well have your own opinion of why you did this, so let's hear it.
I do have a question. Is a member who gets flagged notified in some way by the mods or site admin? Or do you just disappear into cyberspace?ReactReply - MC
Mary ClareOct 23, 2011I too received a flagging last week and I have NEVER been flagged before and my photos are ALL nudist photos. Seems really odd that so many people are being flagged. If I was the admin here, I would check into that.

We have both had to create alternative profiles (us niceUNdies and her Lexia_mad) to get back on here and make our case and find out what the problem was. Lexia is a sweet lady and very respectful others as well. Her profile pictures were always done in good taste and were always within the or above the standards set in this site for pictures. Jo & Steve's profile had taken a llot of work to set up and maintain. It too was done with great care and well with in or above the standards set. TT1 and TT2 the flag button has got to go. the only people on this site who can flag should be the moderators that you appoint and not self appointed lynchers. Power is a destructive too if not used wisely and sparingly!!! This site owes lexiia and niceundies and apology and the reasoning behind their deletions.

I have never seen either be inappropriate on cam or in chat room The don't have anything bad in profile and pics were all tasteful showing enjoyment of being nude. An earlier post made mention of having clothed pics, I have some clothed pic on my profile, we can't always be nude. I have seen Lexia in chat on cam too many times to count, she is a true nudist lady and a dear friend.Thomas
