it was only supposed to be down for 5 minutes and that was this morning

    That would probably be 5 I.T. minutes, you have to remember that people in IT have their own time system.  If they give a time estimate it will more than likely be longer than that. :)

    But being serious, the chat room is not actually part of the TN website, but a bought in product.  Therefore the problems may possibly be outside of the TT's control.  On the other hand they might well both be busy working on the problem, trying to fix it as quickly as possible.

    I have not been able to get into it for 10 or 11 hours but I am sure they are working on it.
