....... proponents and gun nuts don't seem to care much about the 4th Amendment. Are you happy to have the NSA recording everything you do, say, write etc?

Imagine, many nudists will now be exposed to data collection by their own, for security reasons. A problem with lurkers and lookylou's - this is the ultimate!
It's not a party issue. It's been going on since way before Obama. And will go on after Obama, whether you vote Donkey or Elephant.
Obama is just the figurehead of a cultural problem.
A global problem. We're all being constantly surveilled and all our governments are complicit.
So what is it all for?
    Certainly not security.

"You insult gun owners in your OP and then whine because they don't deem you worthy of a response. Boy, I'd infinitely rather trust my life to an American gun owner than to a thousand craven leftists."

Said by Cranky McCrankersten at the 1930 World's Fair.

This isn't just about the 2nd Amendment. BHO wants to shred the Constitution. Weather you consider yourself left, right or center, the Constitution is designed to protect the smallest minority. That is a minority of one. This is too valuable a document to toss aside just because you do not completely agree with one or another part of it.

It is not the person or party in your White House who wants to shred the Constitution - it is the 'people' who are complacent.

Not everything written over 200 years ago is still applicable.  But keep trying.

Yes there are people who are cheering him on led by a media that refuses to report anything that reflects negatively upon this individual. People who do speak up are punished by this government for doing so. If this stands, it will surely undermine the effectiveness of the Constitution thereby rendering it null and void.
