Starting a non landed club???

  laned - you have land for a club.  non laned - you don't have land for a club. non laned is just a group of people with no place to call home.

  A non-landed club doesn't need any "legal" existence at all to get started - it's only a matter of finding like-minded people. But as things develop, it may want to handle money, and that makes it a good idea to have officers and arrive at a decision-making process, probably including officers and some way of noting who's a member, and who's not. To have a bank account (other than one that's really the personal account of one or more individual members) you'll need to incorporate - amajorstep. You also need to incorporate if you want to be insured.
  
  Since you won't have land, you'll need to meet elsewhere. Members' places work well, as do established nudist places. Some venues will want someone or some corporation to accept responsibility for arrangements; if you are not incorporated, this means that one or two leaders will be on the line personally.
  
  This site's a good place - and there are others - to look for people near you who might share your interest.You will have to sacrifice some privacy to get this going.If you do not have female members from the outset, you probably never will.

  [/quote]thanks for the information that is very helpful. I just wish it didn't entail so much "paper-work". Seems like I should post an add online to get people together and start one, but how to do that AND filter out those people who are looking for just sex...... I noticed even on here people are friendly and then people are too friendly.

  Please DO NOT consider this to be legal advice but it is good advice to get incorporated. Check the laws in your State and you might find that an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) is a better way to go than a full corporation.
