Temporary title change. Just borrowing the thread as it's in a quiet forum and will stay visible on top of the forum list longer.(((((((((((  Click here to see comments on the Last Page  ))))))))))-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Beachlover241In loving memory of a dear friend  :-)TN just won't be the same without you :(For those of you who don't already know, she is just the latest, in an ever growing line of good female nudists, that has decided that this is -not- a place, for the true nudist.     With the way some guys treat the ladies, and the lack of effective moderation here, it's No wonder that there is such a big gender imbalance.     Still have something to tell you beach, but lost your addy, please write to phi11free.ps. ... Glenn sends his regards ;-)pps. ... Now I also have a message for you from Thomas! ...(Go On! ... Trust me! ... I'm a Doctor!  ... hehe!  ;-)(((((((((((  Click here to see comments on the Last Page  ))))))))))_____________________________________________________________________Inappropriate Pictures and Behaviour.Given that action is only taken when a number of complains are made, Perhaps we should, if we come across an inappropriate picture, bring it to everyone's attention by posting it on this thread, to ensure that the required number of complaints ARE made.   Here is my latest encounter. I have just received this bulletin:  "Q:  Timdog42 (male) has somewhat suggestion picture of a woman's breasts as his profile picture. Is this appropirate on this site? A:  i don't think that the pic being inappropriate is the problem as much is that one's profile pic must be of themselves, and not other people.  since the profile is listed as male, the profile pic should not be of a female.  i would have to agree that the pic being used is inappropriate in the fact that it is not tasteful!"   I agreed, so I put this comment on the pic asking him to remove it.   "I feel this photo is inappropriate for our Naturist site, please remove it. Thanks Phil."   His instant response was to post this comment on my pic:   timdog42   Said at 01/23/2009 15:29:10... "I think you are a fucking homo and take this pic down ahole" I have now flagged him with this comment.   (Re  timdog42. I posted this comment on the pic asking him to remove it: "I feel this photo is inappropriate for our Naturist site, please remove it. Thanks Phil."   His instant response was to post this comment on my pic, timdog42  Said at 01/23/2009 15:29:10... Phil.)     I repeat, I do not think we need this type of guy here.   If you agree with, me please do the same.http://www.truenudists.com/profiles/photos.php?id=5076#mainPhil.   ps. He has now changed his profile pic and made the offending pic "Truenudists only"        ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm glad you posted that Phil, because I gave this person the benefit of the doubt at first.  I even wrote an email to the person who wrote the bulletin and it stated:    "Even though she's up 'front' on his profile, there's still a pic of him
in his pics. and as his profile states, his relationship status is
'complicated'.
There have been other 'single male' profiles with just a few pics of
the member, I mean the person, and many of females on the profile.
TT1's rules allow that, first pic must be of you, and then anything
else can be posted.
Doesn't state that the lead photo has to be of the individual or couple.  Maybe that rule should be readdressed.
Why don't you email him (the TN member) and politely ask him what's up and why? Before
we all jump to conclusions, there might be a legitimate reason, if not,
he'll get the point that there are concerns.
worth a try..."
But in light of that response to you Phil, I guess that the original post was right on the money, thanks for sharing...
But maybe that rule should be addressed, there are many pics on the profiles i.e. pics of body painting that are clearly marked with names of sites of origin, and wonder if those who posted such pics have the legal right to do so.  Isn't this the same thing we were all up in arms about with the 19 female here who had her pics posted on another site?  We shouldn't be hypocritical.  Pics posted on one's profile should be pics of only them whether by themselves or in a group, but the pics should be their own photos or photos of them.

WOW...okay...Phil I think most of us agree that as a community we need to do what we can to improve the quality of life around here a bit. I'm not sure this is the best way to do it though. Outing people in a forum is generally considered bad form. I'm not saying that the response you got from this guy was not out of line...it clearly was. There however are many ways that a thread like this can turn very ugly very quickly. My suggestion would be to post bulletins regarding the offending persons profile in order to bring it to the attention of a wider audience without the entire community having to get involved. This would provide for a greater response while at the same time protecting the the dignity of the offender that perhaps just made a mistake. Just my opinion on the matter though.

He has efficiently demonstrated the type of guy he is by his response. (he has also not removed the picture) I do not enter into discussion with his type. I would hope that anyone that writes that type of message in reply to a polite request is NOT welcome here and will be dealt with in an appropriate manor. Furthermore, why not "out them" If they refuse to abide by the site rules and guidelines THEY SHOULD NOT BE HERE. And, if it is known that breaking the rules will have this result, they might pay more attention to them. If we have to self police the site to keep it a nice place to be, SO BE IT.   Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr   Ahhhhhhh   That's better!   Phil.

I will bring it to her attention.  In the meantime, I know how you feel. The other night (early morning - 5am my time) I couldn't sleep, so went on chat.  There were 14 people in the room, when I entered.  All male ,listed as straight. Most married.  7 of them had cams on. Out of the 7, 5 were clearly masturbating.  When I said that really wasn't appropriate and they should put the cams on there faces, they made jokes about it.  One actually attempted to "whisper" but failed, lol, and said uhoh someones's not happy.  I responded that I was very unhappy as should be any "certified" true nudist. (All the masturbaters were certified).  As they all ignored my requests, I flagged each and every one of them.  I remember three of the names and I keep an eye out for them when I'm on chat.  I was sorely tempted to "out" them on the forum. I decided against that as that would actually break one of the rules of both chat and the forum.  No trolling. I also feel that "outing" people on the forum, could so easily go from self-policing to a "witch-hunt".  Which it shouldn't be. The guy you had the problem with is a low-class moron.  Let it go through the proper self-policing channels and he'll be out of here before you know it! Jen p.s. Does any body see the irony in my experience?  14 "straight" men all jerking off for each other?

This is NOT a sex site, so you will probably get bored quickly. You may not be offended by inappropriate behaviour, but the majority of the membership here at the TRUENUDISTS website, joined because they ARE in fact, TRUE NUDISTS, and as such ARE offended by such behaviour that breaks the rules and guidelines set out by the owner and which YOU agreed to when you signed up. If all you want from here is to annoy and antagonise anyone that is actively helping to protect the site, and get cheap thrills at the same time, I GUARANTEE your profile WILL be deleted and your IP address blocked.   Goodbye. OH, that was the problem you wanted to feel important.
Sorry Evelyn, I disagree with you. I went to the Chat Room for some friendly talk. That's what it's there for. Period. I always click on profiles when  I go in the room to see who I am talking to.  I clicked on the one camera of the person who said hi to me and he was jerking off.  I then clicked on every other camera and 5 out of 7 men were jerking off. Then I informed the first person (who said hello to me) that it was inapproriate behavior and against the Chat Room rules of THIS site.  That there were other sites he  could go to, to do that on camera.  What they were doing wasn't "wrong". Everyone masturbates.  The fact that they were doing it in a place where it is not allowed is what was wrong.  The fact that they did not have the courtesy or respect to stop is what is wrong.  This site is not about sex, it is about nudism.  IF people, male or female, wish to participate in sexual acts on camera then they do not belong on this site. The room is a public room for ALL members to use, if they are willing to follow the posted rules. And if they're not willing to follow those rules, they should go where it is acceptable.

I know who you are talking about and I have seen the picture in question. I know that it wasn't a mistake. The point that I was trying to get across was that starting an outing thread could in SOME cases cause more problems than it would cure.

i have to admit, i was the person who posted the bulletin about the person described in the first posts of this forum.  but i was not the person who posted the question in the bulletin, i posted the answere part.  the question was posted by a young female friend from southern california.  i did just want to bring it to the attention of all my friends by posting the bulletin.  seems like the young ladies ill feelings about the male in question were right.  sorry Phil that you got that dumbass remark from the guy.
no matter if this site was on the web or not, i am a nudists.  it has little to do with the fact i was born naked as much as it is the fact that i hate to wear clothes.  but this site is called "true nudists"  and should be for those of us who enjoy nudism, whether socialy or in our own homes.  it may be a little too much to out somebody as a fake or perv in a forum, at least until they have intentionaly broken the rules.  but i will not, and nor should any of us who are "nudists" allow anybody to be offensive.
i just hope that all of you who are here for the right reasons do not leave the site.  that's called giving in.  and we should not give in to the people trying to use this site for other purposes.  all of the people here on the site who post to the forums seem to be good people, if not wonderful people, with a few dumbasses here and there.

Sticks and stones and all that. It flushed him out, and that's all that matters. I can take tons of abuse from the likes of him. I only get hurt if the remark comes from someone that I admire and respect (because it's probably true! lol) No one should be perturbed by anything that sort says to them, it doesn't mean anything if it comes from such a low life. You don't need a fancy education to learn to have respect for yourself and your fellow man, it goes a lot deeper than that. Hence how there's a lot of rich B******s out there. If only everyone would see that, they wouldn't get all upset and leave. (Gets off Box) anyhow, good post and yes you need to be absolutely sure (as I was) before you resort to the forum (point taken Steve1) (Gets Back on Box) but if there IS no doubt, I see nothing wrong in using ALL means available to get rid of them. They need to get it through their thick sculls that we mean business, and are not going to let them get their cheap thrills at our expense. This Site was created for US, not THEM, they are effectively trespassing, they are here under false pretences, and they are NOT going to stay. Good work, gang! It's time for us TRUE NUDISTS to take back this site. Count me among the flaggers. If the offending member doesn't respond to my polite message, I will notify those on my friends list via a post as to who the offender is, and then I will flag them. There is no need for inappropriate or offensive behavior here. It's just good, old-fashioned common courtesy. Glad to be a part of the group! Lauri
Lauri
A warm welcome Lauri! And thank you for being a TRUE NUDIST willing to join the crusade to take back OUR site. Jen

it is getting a little ridiculios here on "our" site.  went online to check messages, and as i always do, scroll dowm my account page to see whats new.  two of the people on my friends list had uploaded photos that are not within the photo guidelines.  one person was a single male, the other a single female.  both uploaded backside photos of a nude female bent over, the female having uploaded 2 such photos, the male uploading 1.  left the comment of-----
Photo Guidelines..Please follow them..............
3. No Spread Eagle, or shots where the butt, genitals or anus are the main focus point
the male has since deleted the photo of the bent over young lady, yet to make any comment back to me, whether polite or not.  the famale has done nothing to this point.  we'll see.
proud to be a nudists, and an active nudist in the fight to have a site to which we can call our own!  this is our global club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  matt

here is the link to the female's profile with the questionable photos.http://www.truenudists.com/profiles/8512/everyone can judge for themselves if some of the photos are inappropriate or not.  that is if the 2 photos are still there.
