We have been invited by another couple to go to their house and go swimming with them and lay out nude. After exchanging some pictures, I (male) find her extremely attractive and scared that I will get turned on. I've never been that turned on by another woman. Should we decline or just see what happens. It would be embarrassing if that happened in front of everyone.

JCFeb 7, 2017Many here will argue that erections don't or at least, shouldn't happen in social settings. Personally, I think that is nonsense, the virility of every man is different, plain and simple. If the meeting will just be the two couples... I don't see anything wrong with allowing what naturally happens to the body from taking place. One however must always be mindful of the audience and how things like these will be received... In the end, if you don't make a big deal about it, it shouldn't be a big deal at all. If it happens and it is negatively received, simply excuse yourself and go cool off.

WayneFeb 7, 2017Normally I would say there is nothing to worry about - it happens and its natural. However, if you are concerned, and if there is just the one other couple, why not raise your concern (no pun intended) with them before agreeing, and see what their reaction is. I'd like to bet their reaction will be positive, and they will tell you there is nothing to worry about.

WillFeb 7, 2017I have been to Blacks Beach a few times and have seen many women there that I would love to do more with than just soak up the sun. I have never gotten hard at the beach or at a resort. Not sure why either. I would just suggest to meet up with the couple. If you do get hard, just cover up or go to the bathroom to relieve yourself.

PaulFeb 7, 2017Just let them know you will like to come and just add 'I hope my little boy behaves himself' and see what they say as they should understand what you mean.

DavidFeb 7, 2017Sorry to be crude, but there's a simple solution. Just masturbate before you go to the swim. Then you won't have anything to worry about, and you can enjoy the event.

Been to plenty of nude clubs and held get-to-gethers at our house and never had a problem. Well once my wife rubbed me in the kitchen before anyone showed up and then the doorbell rang. I did stay behind the counter a few min. Just keep that unpleasant thought in the back of your head, like the last conversation you had with that pesky rude neighbor.

SteveFeb 12, 2017I would suggest that you NOT communicate this concern in advance, because it's actually not really likely to come up (puns inevitable) and because the conversation makes too big a deal of it. If it happens, just be reasonably discreet and/or apologetic, and forget about it.

OllyFeb 12, 2017The answer might be just to ignore it. I remember attending a nude feast in a restaurant with the tables around a swimming pool. Some guests arrived naked but most stripped on arrival. A small, already naked group of us were chatting when a particularly attractive woman arrived and stripped off. One man got an instant erection. We just carried on chatting as if nothing was wrong or unusual. Eventually the erection subsided. Then we all sat down fro dinner.

macnudeFeb 13, 2017I, too, am from Myrtle Beach. I feel that passing on this oportunity to cultivate what could become a life long friendship with another nudist couple fearing something which is unlikely to happen would be a big mistake. When I lived in the North, I had many nudist friends with whom I socialized. Since moving I have not had that pleasure. Welcome the chance and should the unlikely occur, be prepared to discreetly cover up until such time as you are comfortable.

Just go and have a good time. Make sure you spend plenty of time nude at home so the feeling is not new to your body. Make eye contact and communicate.

JohnMar 21, 2017By now you may have gone to this get together. Wondering how it turned out? My bet is it was just fine and no issues.

DelJan 18, 2018I know this is an old post, but I just read it last night and it has been on my mind and I would like to respond if I might. Having gone to a nudist resort and nudist beach on several occasions I have seen my share of beautiful ladies and believe me the were beautiful. Now if you have read my profile you would have noticed that I am married, been that way for 26 years. My wife is beautiful, and above all she is my best friend. She is also not a nudist, she accepts the fact that I am its just not for her. Now then back to those beautiful women, actually I will just speak of one in particular...I have had many conversations with her, even had breakfast with her and her husband. She even gave me a hug all this while we were as naked as the day we entered into this world. Now you might think we had known each other for quite some time but the answer to that is we knew each other two days. so where am I going with this long winded post, the whole time we were together I saw her for who she was, I saw all the people at the resort for who they are. The entire time I was at the resort or when I was at the beach I never once had an erection. For me nudism isn't about the sex, its about the friendships that I have made. With all this said, I guess I just don't understand why one would become aroused, my wife is the only one for me always has been always will be....the rest are all friends, my friends don't get me aroused lol.

TJJan 24, 2018Hey ti one and all. I am brand new here (like minutes ago), and am just snooping around to get the lay of the land / feel for the place.
I cant resist taking a stump when it strikes me, though, so here goes...my first blab to yhe community.
I say DO NOT bring it up in advance, go and have fun and forget about it. IF it should chance to happen, be discreet with your body language and lean towards ignoring while you do the MOST important thing: observe THEIR cues to see if it is noticed and, if so, in a good way, bad way, or indifferent. Obviously, you hope for good or indifferent. If BAD, and i feel sure you will be able to tell and quickly, make a mive of modesty (cover, get in the water, move your leg in the view line, etc) and gently and ever so politely apologize and yell them - especially HER - that you hope you haven't offemded by the occurence and yhat it was truly involuntary. From there, if there is indeed genuine offense, restate the apology and ask if they wish you to leave or how else to proceed.
Having said all that, I will lay money it either doesn't happen or is no big deal if it does. The main thing then and always is to comminicate openly, honestly, and convey RESPECT at all times. If you are sincere, there will be no problem no matter what happens.
Finally, and to everyone: I get the need to communicate intentions, convey trust and safety and respect, and demonstrate an understanding nudity is not sex. HOWEVER, I think in our zeal to seperate the two from the world's view and our own insecurities, we often end up denying our own sexuality and institute self shaming. We rob ourselves of one of the best parts of being human. I say we stop trying to downplay sexual realities so hatd and instead STRONGLY PROMOTE a code of respect and mindfulness of one another. Pour our energies into the positives, and then even at times like this potential incident we can feel sure we can all remain above reproach.
Embrace your carnality, but champion character.
