I hope this is the right area for this.

Since lock down Ive been using TN more and more often and especially going to the chat area more often.

Ive found there are so many people on this site with
1) No profile photo
2) No information on profile
3) None Certified accounts

As this Is a nudist website where we put all of our self out there, surly this is something everyone should need to do so everyone is in the same boat?

Ive noticed across a ton of voyager / creeps / spam accounts. I appreciate someone would need to approve accounts before they go live but for the well being of all users should the 3 above things mentioned be compulsory to have?

Lastly in the gallery section, there is page after page and images from stick websites, porn models and photos that dont come from the uploaded person. Could this not be cleaned up so only real photos from real people come up. If anyone wants porn Im sure they would know where to find it.

I hope others feel the same way.

Either ignore these accounts as if they do not exist.
Or provoke these users to prove that they are fake.

Sadly, all we can do is keep flagging, reporting and blocking. I fully agree, I came back to TN now I have a bit more free time, hoping to be more active on the site and forums, but it seems to keep coming back to the fact that half the site is fake. A lot more moderation and admin effort is needed to get rid of it, though of course that takes both time and money.
I find it just as worrying though is that the ones who are obvious fakes or spammers (usually blank profile with nothing but a pic of an attractive woman and a link to a website) have so many guys commenting "Hey thanks for your friendship" and other similar phrases. In the meantime, keep hitting the "Flag" button, keep reporting them, at least then it lends some weight to the argument that there are too many and it is peeing off genuine users. It's all we can do.

I get "Friend" request from people with blank or private profile's. I just click the decline button.

I think unverified accounts should Either have a time limit Or sign up requires verification. It's nothing too unreasonable since the verification photos aren't made public unless you upload it to your profile manually
I understand the profile pic issue- type your user name and for ease "nudist" into a google search, and your profile is publically viewable. I do however have a visible pic once your logged in. I agree though, so many with no fields filled in, if this is social media give us a clue on your interests so we can be sociable! If you're not looking to be sociable then why are you here? And the answer to that is why we don't want to mix with them people, not even online.
There are settings that prevent search engines from displaying your profile as well as TN'S internal search engine. Anonymity is possible it just has to be clearer how to do it

I'm new here but I've already learned to not accept anyone who isnt certified. If they can't certify they dont need to be on here. My opinion.

We have no photo, limited info, and are not certified.

I am a professional and if my clients were to ever get wind of me having account on a site like this, my career would be over.

So, with respect, I couldn't care less about your criticism of my account. Deb and I are nudists. We've been members of this site for many years and have often made the annual contribution, and contrary to what you think it should NOT be necessary to "out" ourself to be taken seriously here.

My thoughts are when you sign up you must fill in all the profile info and post at least 2 fully nude pics, we are all adults what r u hiding, as nudists we have all seen everything so why be ashamed and I want to see the person who I am chatting too. I understand some people might need to blur the face because of work. Lets get rid of the private option and like nudity make everyone equal..

I agree with profile should be filled in and must have a photo. Even then I tend to not pay attention if they're still not certified.

The entitled attitude expecting required certification and pictures makes me think twice about REMOVING our pictures and of course, if TN implemented these requirements, deleting our account. Like Neil & Deb, we are actual nudists who go to actual nude resorts and beaches, so we couldn't care less either. Thankfully, TT1 and TT2 seem to be from the actual nudist side as well and haven't implemented these ideas.

Single males are constantly complaining that couples aren't friending them... this attitude is part of the reason!

I have been a member for many years but gave up on this site because it is overrun with fakes, frauds, and phonies and there is little effort to control any of this. It is finally Summer now and am too busy enjoying real nudism in the real world with real nudists. I honestly could care less about playing childish games with non nudists. The real nudists know who they are..............the rest can come here and enjoy abusing each other with nonsense.

Who cares? Yes it is nice if your profile contains info and some full frontal nude pics (with face), The sooner you realize that is not the norm, the better. If a profile seems incomplete, just swipe left (metaphorically speaking,), And move on.

Y'all need to be more worried about that relatively new profile featuring a cute young lady in the profile pic. I see A LOT of y'all adding "her" as a new friend. You know the one... Profile pic looks a little too professional. No other pictures. Little profile information. Friending a ton of people all of a sudden. Well, News Flash: THAT IS A BOT!

Yeah, it can be troublesome all the fake accounts. I have only been on TN for a number of months but have already had issues with a number of fake accounts. I will look at their account and see if they made some kind of effort into the info they post before I decide. Lately I have even flagged a couple accounts because of what they state in email or a message.
There may more fakes in the online world than there is in real life, who knows.

However, I was very hesitant about certification because of the nude picture requirement. I have NEVER posted a nude picture on the internet and was not comfortable doing it here, I realize the need for certification and eventually sent it in. Hopefully, that photo is safe with the administrators and will not appear on some search engine. As I get more comfortable I will post more pictures but need to understand the privacy settings.

This problem exists partly because of very strict rules regarding the pictures.
I uploaded two photos including one with a verification and both weren't accepted because I didn't show my face. I get it that it's a requirement but I don't want to show my face for privacy reasons and imo it's reasonable so I don't complain about no-pic profiles because I do understand the privacy issue

Surprised me because there are many faceless pictures on this site.

They only get sent to the site owners to verify you exist, and are (presumably) deleted. As for photos in general to your profile there is a known issue with photos just disappearing after ~24 hours. I have had it happen with photos that couldn't possibly run afoul of the rules. I just upload them again, and they generally stay. I have learned after the upload finishes to let the completion page sit for a minute or two, and since then haven't had a problem. Photos uploaded to groups and/or forums are at the mercy of that group/forum owner/moderator, though they may be subject to the same bug as profile/gallery photos. John aka cobeachbum
