Hi guys, there comes a time when most of us at some point have to wear underwear for whatever reason.
With not having much to support I'm interested to know what type of underwear people find the most comfortable and practical to wear for a small penis and why?
I'm also thinking about those times when you're wrestling to get your willy out quickly to have a pee, what style works best for you?
I know it's first world problems but still interested to hear any recommendations!!

Mar 11, 2026I 100% understand with the concerns, in the way average or bigger men cannot likely understand.
I can say that boxers are right out for me. My small penis pokes straight out and will protrude right out through the fly every time.
If I was even average length I know it would hang and lay down nicely inside my shorts, but alas, that is not how I am built.
SO instead I wear bikini briefs. They support my larger balls well, while also keeping my little penis contained and comfortable.

Mar 12, 2026I been wearing thong style type for a few years they have coverage in the back but only a string on a sides i find them very comfortable and cool to wear during the summer months

Mar 26, 2026The best underwear is no underwear, just like the best clothes are no clothes. I often wear kilts now with no underwear (which is the traditional way) which gives me the feeling of being nude while still being acceptable in a clothed society. In fact, I get a lot of compliments on my kilts. Kilts can come in very lightweight fabric which is great for summer, but you need to be a little cautious with them on windy days if there is not much fabric overlap. One solution is a very long t-shirt, long enough to cover your privates, worn underneath. There is no struggling to pee, you don't even need to remove the kilt to sit on the toilet, and there is no crotch binding whatsoever.
