Protection from the very severe sun.

Hi
I have just joint this group.
I DD as I live in New Zealand and we have a very hi UV rating so I find that I need to wear a shirt constantly unless I'm in the shade. It is a shame as I do really prefer to be nude. I must look a sight when in my vege garden wearing just a hat, T shirt and gum boots lol.

I find that if I don't, my arms and face actually get darker than my chest and back.

    No sunscreen under my shirt but occasionally on my arms & face.
