I came across this video yesterday on Instagram. I believe you can watch it without having to log in or anything. But its a well known British doctor and nudist who is talking about the effects bras have on women. She suggests not wearing a bra unless you have to and if you do choose cotton not synthetic. Video is interesting.

Balazs B. J.Feb 23, 2026There is a book called "Dressed to Kill" about the negative effects of the constant wearing of that confining garment. The prevalent bra wearing in western society is linked to breast and lymphatic cancers. These cancers are almost non-existent in Africa, Asia, Oceania, etc. where very few women wear brassieres!!
