  I suggested the possibility to the resorts activity director mid summer several years ago. We tried and it was a hit. So several summer now been leading two classes a weekend Memorial Day through Labor Day. At the end of the summer they asked about doing sessions over the winter so I am doing once a month to start.

  New mats blocks and straps arrived to the winter yoga session at the resort.

Which is just great. This is something I'm keen to take up, be it at home, in the studio or at the resorts.

  New Year yoga practice Saturday Jan 18 at Turtle Lake Resort. First winter yoga practice of 2025 Get your yoga on at 10 a.m. before water volleyball. All levels. Mats, blocks, straps available just bring a towel. Donation based.
