I want to ask, it seems most think a big penis is a guy that is a "shower" and us growers are not known to be big because we aren't when hard, aka grower. Flaccid im about 3-4 inches, erect I'm 7.5, I think it is above norm and yet I know there are bigger. Mine is also thicker. Anyways, I am just curious because if you see me naked, and I know it's just how it is, most would think I have a smaller penis but, when I have an erection most would think other wise. So does it mean that a large penis is only "LARGE" when flaccid, Thoughts?

Apr 20, 2026I assume the standard is how large you are erect. That's how I've always thought of it. Guys who are hung soft are sort of a cheat code, but us growers can also be big.

I think the same think, it matters when erect. Exactly, I think growers can be "bigger" than some showers. I also agree with the cheat code comment, just because you big soft doesn't mean it gets bigger when erect. The old saying is, Good things come in small "packages"!!

From my experience there are a lot of men who have what I've heard called acorn penis' which is to say they look like acorns when not hard.....I'm curious to know what they look like when hard?
I am about 4" when not hard, that is on a good day when it's not cold, and a little over 8" when hard. I'm very happy with what I have and certainly don't consider myself large by any means.
