Jun 30, 2015Just thinking out loud, but I think a second chatroom is now needed on TN.
We should have one for Naturists, and one for people who have their sexuality set to bisexual on their profile...
Controversial?
Maybe, but hear me out... I honestly have no problem with peoples sexuality, you can be whatever you like, it's nothing to do with me, live and let live, there is nothing new under the sun.
I have found tho, that there are a huge number of people in the chatroom that are looking for sex from naturism, and every single time you check a profile its a bisexual man or someone part of a couple with a bisexual partner...
An example, I was chatting the other night to a man who was married, with a non naturist partner, his profile was set to bisexual. The conversation was nothing sexual until he suggested we (my wife and I) meet up for coffee sometime. It quickly transpired that he said coffee, but if sex was on offer he'd be happy to "service" both of us..... err, no where... at no time was it said that were were looking for sex, he just presumed that meeting a naturist couple ... for a coffee... would lead to the bedroom.
So a separate room for all the many many bisexual "women" and bisexual men in relationships would be a huge boon for them, they could chat about coffee and stuff, not bothering the rest of us.
And if you could sort it that, they could not get into the Naturist Chatroom, that would be great.
Thanks
S
PS, this thread is a bit of tongue in cheek (pun intended) ............ no ranting required if I've gotten your heckles up.

GilanAug 11, 2015I don't think there is really any way to get away from the people that want to bring sex into the conversation. You can make a dozen chat rooms and they will always be around. I've tried the chat room on this site many times and there are no real conversations about anything in there. I would love to see a current events topic brought up like politics and our country USA and what is going on with the economy but I guess this nudist site isn't the place for talking about things that matter. Just a thought.ReactReply - EV
Evan-hereAug 11, 2015Nudist Tom, Just wondering why you have been here on this site so long? You make it apparent that you do not like having to follow any rules. I notice you say that all the clubs in the UK are doing it wrong as well. You do mention how wonderful it is in Europe so I'm wondering, doesn't Europe have the internet? Don't they have web sites? Do the not have nudists web sites? OH, they do, how about that.
So now the question is this: if this site is so bad, and the people here so bad, why are you not on a nudist web site based out of Europe?
The answer is very simple, we are the largest and the best one around. Some smaller sites are down well, but they don't have the activity of this site. One of the reasons we are the largest is that we have the largest, nicest, chat room. The reason for that is quite simple, we have rules and mods to enforce them.
No one is forcing you to come here, or to stay, you do because you know we are the best, so my advice, follow the rules.
GILAN As to the room topics, many have said that there is never a good topic in the chat room , so they just sit on the side and pm with others, well there is nothing stopping those people from bringing up a topic. Many topics have been covered in the chat room, some many times due to the fact that at any given time we have over 200 people in the room, and thousands more chat room users, so what may be a new topic for you may have been talked about several times before. At another time there may be more people who haven't talked about a topic, it's a matter of timing.
With that said, some subjects are not very good chat room topics. A few topics bring too many emotions out of people, things get said, mean things, personal things, and people end up getting removed. Politics and Religion are two such topics.
A few have said that heated arguments should be allowed, and yes, they do turn in to arguments not discussions, since everyone is adult. That is incorrect. First off while age may determine the legal meaning of Adult, not everyone has the maturity of an adult when arguing. Second, every one has a Topic they would like to discuss, since everyone is an adult, so where would you draw a line?
Also, as you mentioned, there are many other places on the web to discuss those topics, heck, you can find a place to discuss any topic on the web. Then again, next time your on one of those sites, tell them you want to discuss what you did last time you were at a nudist resort, or nude beach, or that you like to spend your time at home nude. Some how I don't think that would go over too well , but you never know.ReactReply
