Slow.. or is it just me? — General Discussion on True Nudists

I realize we just went thru a server upgrade here but it all seems to be worse.. It is very slow and sometimes even unresponsive when comparing them to other sites I am on. And I say that just to let the powers that be know it's not just my internets services.

So, Is I the only one with an issue?

I've found the site very slow today. It took 20 seconds after clicking on reply to get to type this. Hope things improve soon.

It was quicker when going thru the upgrade and now it is soooooooooo slow.

yes this must be the only site where there is time to make a cup of tea whilst it is thinking of responding to my last request. Oh but wait. It must be speeding up today. I only had enough time to fill the kettle.
Yes I too have got reeeealy fed up with it. But I did notice a big improvement today. Let's hope the problems are over.

Did I say I thought it had speeded up (#57). I was mistaken. Nice cup of tea (which I made while waiting). Now I'll just click "Submit" and cook a pitza. Which will be ready first? Want to take bets?

Not only have I had time to do the washing up whilst waiting for this site to respond. My computor went onto screensaver and the site logged me out clearig the item I'd just entered int another thread. There are other websites that are faster, I had thought they were not anything like as good.
There is a saying here in Yorkshire - "If it aint broke, dont fix it"

I too find it very slow compared to other sites so I don’t feel that the problem is with my computer.

I also don’t care for the fact that when I go to sign on it waits and then comes back with the sign on screen again

Painfully slow, it has nothing to do with my laptop either every other site I use and some of them have a lot of info on thir pages load very quick, shame seeing the number of paying customers!

i like some others got up and took care of a chore whilst waiting to be logged in. my security/antivirus software often slows things down to even a slower pace than this site, but it wasn't running when i logged in so it was just the site's molasses in january pace that delayed log in.

it seems to be getting worse. it took several minutes just to get logged in.is anyone else convinced it is better off since this "upgrade"? it never took several minutes to get logged in before the upgrade, and it was only occasinally slow before, unlike the daily slowness post upgrade.

i was attempting to comment on how much better it is with it running at a better rate when the system so rudely logged me out. i'm glad it is running better, but i guess no matter how fast it runs, you can still be logged out.
