I decided to track how much time I spent (not) wearing certain type of clothing this summer this summer. My goal is 95% without long slacks, 75% shirtless and 50% nude. While this may sound low for someone who is retired, I have a lot of volunteer activities that require me to wear clothes. Plus or adult son lives with us and his son from a prior relationship and his current girlfriend are here frequently
For June I was at 91.8%, 73.8% and 49.5%. It should be easier to wear less later in the summer as the time spent on volunteer commitments decreases as well as the number of times when the temperature is low enough to require clothing decreases.

Totally uninterrupted and mostly barefoot, including one session of over 40 hours barefoot.
I removed my clothes when we got to our apartment and I finally dressed after a naked lunch to drive to the Gironde ferry.
My main reason for putting shoes on was because my wife preferred it when we went for a restaurant meal.
Other than that, I walked, cycled, shopped, ate in the restaurants totally naked.

Got to the point today where I couldn't average 16 hours a day nude for July, even if were nude continuously for the next 10 days.

There are several resorts in France which you can shop and dine naked.
The most famous is Cap d'Agde which I would never visit as it has a highly sexualised side which I don't want to encounter.
The biggest of the proper nudist ones are Euronat and CHM Montalivet both of which have many shops and restaurants and where my pictures were taken. On most occasions I have spent my entire holiday naked except when I needed to go off-site.
The others which I have visited and shopped and dined naked at are La Sabliere, Arnaoutchot and La Jenny.
I believe there are also others in the France4Naturisme group.
There is a tendency at all of these for most people to dress for dinner which has sometimes resulted in my being the only nude in the restaurant but this has not affected the level of service which I received.

Shirtless was reasonably good with 19.9.
Both were limited by a greater than average number of events away from home that required being dressed.
Opportunities for nudity were further reduced by grandson being here the entire month and a week when the plumber was here essentially the hours that grandson was at day camp. I'm still dreaming about johngw's experience in the French naturist resorts. Boy would I love to participate in something like that. Way to go John. Superbly embracing the nudist lifestyle is what I aspire to.

While only wearing a shorts 6 hours a day and a shirt 3 may seem lofty, I have seen men post on this board that that is about how often they wear them in a week!ReactReply

Good news.
Finally made goal in the month of August, averaged 16.5 hours nude and 20.6 shirtless.
Bad news. 1. September could be less successful because I am on call for jury duty for a week (no shirtless or nude if called), and we may hire someone to do work done around the house (no nude, will remain shirtless).
2. With our grandson expected to be here more that usual this summer and day camp in doubt, it will probably not be a good summer for me to be nude a lot. However, with the expected reduction in outside commitments and activities, it may be an excellent summer for wearing nothing but shorts the vast majority of the time when I have to wear something!

Probably should have tracked since while I am not nude all that often, the amount of clothing I have been wearing is minimal
Today is day 57 of not wearing long slacks, and unless one of the many postponed funerals from the past 4 months is scheduled, I see no need to wear them soon.

I am clothed more than many on this board, especially other retirees because:
A. I am involved in many community activities that require me to dress.
B. Our grandson spends a lot of time here, especially in the summer. This year has been especially difficult to find nude time because his school closed for the year on March 13 so he has been here a lot since then, and now that summer is here, his father is afraid to send him to camp so he is home all day.Like you, any time I can be nude I am. In addition, when I have to wear clothing, I keep both the amount and timing to the minimum. At home, I am usually wearing gym shorts and nothing else. When I go somewhere that requires a shirt, it generally goes on when I get there and comes off as soon as I am out the door.

Yep. Cut the grass, get the mail. Actually had to get dressed for church last Sunday, it was only broadcast FB live for about 2 months before that. Something more like normal, finally.
