Tracking (not) wearing clothing — General Discussion on True Nudists

I decided to track how much time I spent (not) wearing certain type of clothing this summer this summer. My goal is 95% without long slacks, 75% shirtless and 50% nude. While this may sound low for someone who is retired, I have a lot of volunteer activities that require me to wear clothes. Plus or adult son lives with us and his son from a prior relationship and his current girlfriend are here frequently
For June I was at 91.8%, 73.8% and 49.5%. It should be easier to wear less later in the summer as the time spent on volunteer commitments decreases as well as the number of times when the temperature is low enough to require clothing decreases.

Ironically lock down has been a real opportunity.[/quote] While I have the vast majority of the last 5 months shirtless, I haven't been able to go more than 3 days and 4 nights straight due to errands, Zoom meetings, etc. One acquaintance of mine mentioned he rarely puts on a shirt for Zoom meetings, just keeps the camera on his face. Maybe I should try it.

Ironically lock down has been a real opportunity.[/quote] As I noted above, lockdown was actually worse for me for being nude since our grandson was here more and didn't go to day camp. Better for not wearing shirts or long slacks.

Exercise equipment arrived a few days ago and finished assembling it last night.
Will be trying it out, nude of course, in a few minutes when I am fully awake.

During 2020 I spent 5 1/2 months with no long trousers and, socks on and normally no T-shirt with, the T-shirt on only for when mainly going shopping as well and shorts when I couldn't be nude.

I can usually manage 12 hours of completely naked time a day during the week and up to 18 hours per day on the weekend. The longest i have been able to go completely nude is about 72 hours. I have done this several times.
When I retire, I will be moving to a nude resort in Florida and hopefully go weeks without clothes. Just 10 short years away.

Haven't gotten there because I am involved in several community activities that are more important to me than being nude and our grandson is here a lot in the summer. 72 hours seems like an unusual maximum amount of consecutive time to be nude. I would assume you sleep nude, so 3 days would also included 4 nights, so I would have expected something in the low 80's. When you retire and move to FL do yo think you will get rid of most of your clothes? I have reduced my clothing supply to less than half of what I had when I was working. Donated all of my suits, most of my dress shirts and at least half of my business casual clothes. Tossed all of my underwear. Since I got a privacy fence around our pool, I got rid of most of my swimsuits. Also bought some home gym equipment and got rid of half of my gym shorts and sleeveless shirts. If I lived year round at a nudist resort in FL, I could probably get rid of at least half of what I have left for a total reduction of close to 80%

I have done about 104 hours totally nude ie 4 1/2 days 100% nude. Some members have done far more hours than that.

Goal is to get to 4 1/2 days and over 100 hours. Doubt that I will go longer that that in the foreseeable future since I would be limited to the house and back yard. My wife would not go to a clothing optional resort and I would not go without her.

Considering tracking what I am wearing from May through September again this year. See if changes in lifestyle since 3 years ago have made an impact.

To what end do you just have that much time on your hands. Just live clothes free and enjoy the way of life.

Always good to have an almost nude day.[/quote] less yet yesterday. Shorts about 2 hours, shirt 0. I have a lot of away from home activities today and tomorrow so I will be wearing clothes more. One of the things tomorrow is a dermatologist appointment. While I will be nude for the exam, I doubt that the staff would appreciate it if I arrived that way.

I noticed that I have no commitments between July 16 and 23 and our grandson will not be with us that week.
Sounds like a great opportunity for a naked staycation!
Three significant checkpoints along the way.
Passing my current record of 64 hours.
The 100 hour mark.
Total when I end, hopefully after the first two are achieved.

It surprises me when I see someone post their nude time in hours and it is a whole number of days. I would expect a long nude time to start in an evening and end in a morning.

Yesterday was a good day, shorts 3 hours, shirt 2,
Today should be even better.
I have commitments for the next several days that will require more time clothed.
I am trying to avoid wearing clothes at home for the next 3 weeks to get me ready for the 6 days without clothing.

On another nudist forum we have a topic 24 hours or more naked so I thought I would see how many hours in August I could be naked for, well as I'm naked at home and bed time it would be quite high so the total time was 40hrs 49mins 41secs clothed and 94.4% naked,

No I don't and I had to look the above in my diary and that was all I wrote, but it may have been three or four days at least.
