What is the boldest thing you have ever done while naked?

  At a Rainbow Gathering - an annual campout for five or ten thousand people in a US National Forest somewhere - I camped with and volunteered with a group of people who had taken on the job of preparing food to take to Main Circle. Around camp, I was naked as usual gathering firewood, tending the fire, chopping veggies, stirring the pot. It was a big pot - it took four people, carrying it on two poles, to get it to the Main Circle serving site. One day, when we cooks and firetenders were ready to sit in the shade and let the servers tote our finished pot away, they came up short of enough strong guys to move the thing. I would ordinarily not hesitate to volunteer, but there they were, ready to go, and I was certainly not dressed for the occasion. Rather than delay things while I hiked back to my tent for something to wear, I just picked up one end of a pole, and we marched off.

  There were probably a thousand people circled in the meadow, sitting in the grass listening to announcements and short presentations, waiting to be fed. Two or three of them naked; nudity was tolerated if uncommon. We carried our pot into the circle, where we joined people from other kitchen-camps who had brought contributions of their own; after a blessing / welcoming of the food, we fanned out to walk around the circle, filling the cups and bowls people had brought with them. So with some trepidation, I took up the task, walking the circle, ladling soup into bowl after bowl. And getting smiles. Sensing nothing but delight at my unusual choice of costume. It was bold, but also for me a defining moment, and a happy one.

  Several years ago, on one of my western road trips I was nude in my Lotus Elise with the top down, cruising West on I-15 through Las Vegas when the traffic came to a stop. This car is very low, only 44 in, or 112 cm high, and it is bright yellow, so it attracts a lot of attention, but I think most people who check out my car dont pay much attention to me. So, I just spread my always-handy towel across my lap and inched my way past whatever was impeding traffic. While doing so I tried to avoid stopping right next to any SUVs or trucks on my right, because they could easily see that I was nude. Others probably couldnt see that well. I suspect that very few people noticed my wardrobe and obviously nobody who did, cared enough to report it to the authorities. After about ten minutes or so, the traffic was moving normally again and I set the towel aside.

  In Missouri I have gone through toll plazas where Ive had to stop and pay the toll nude, with only a towel in my lap without incident. These activities probably seem bolder than they actually are, but thats my contribution.

  The boldest thing I ever did was walk into a interstate rest completely nude. You never know who you could run into (policeman). Then walking out with people around and hoping they don't pay any attention to you.

  My 44th birthday party. The party was at my friends house. We had about 15 other friends invited. All of us are nudists. As I arrived, I stripped naked because I wanted to spend my B-Day in my B-day suit. My friends and GF stayed dressed. They wanted to wait for the rest of the guests to arrive before they got naked.

  We spent about an hour or two preparing the house for the party...typical nudist party preparations, sheets on the furniture, towels on the chairs and that sort of stuff.

  As guests began to arrive, I decided just to stay nude. I was the only nude person at the party for a few hours.

  I didn't really think anything of it. Nudity was and is so normal to me. After dinner, the rest of the guests were nude and the party raged on into the night.

  Being naked in a crowd and thus showing that you're completely comfortable, is a great feeling.

  Another bold thing that I experienced was in my late 20's. I met this awesome girl and she was the person who really got me into nudism. I had always loved being nude but she pulled me out of my shell 100%.

  It was a Sunday afternoon and she wanted to go to this gravel bar on the small river near here house. We packed a cooler and headed off. We parked the truck and had to hike down to the river a sort distance then across tot he gravel bar.

  We got there and she stripped naked. I loved it and stripped too. We laid there in the sun, drinking a few beers and decided to go far a walk. We had nothing on but flip flops. We got about a 1/4 mile from our towels and clothes and, well, you know, did stuff that two naked lovers sometimes do.

  We rinsed off in the river and looked up to find two canes heading straight for us. Nowhere to ide and no clothes or towels we just decided to act casual and waved as they went by. To our surprise, they stopped and wanted to talk. Ok, what the hell, we talked and they took off their clothes as well.

  Being bold helped us to find another like mined couple. The four of us went on several nude adventures together that summer. It was fantastic.

  As many would know, public nudity is illegal in India. But I have tried it a couple of times. I can't say too bold, it would be bold for others, but I was a bit scared. Also, this one may border on exhibitionist urges. Unlike in other regions such as Europe. nudity in India is associated with perversion, being gay, being a rapist etc. These are some of the myths that one has to fight, being a nudist in India. Nudity is just that and nothing but nudity.

  First one was in Cuddalore Beach. As you walk away from the slightly crowded portion of the beach, you get a somewhat less crowded area, where all the college love bird couples would be sitting under umbrellas or trees or small rocks and smooching etc. A little distance away is also a fishermen colony famously affected by the Tsunami. At a distance is also an old small dilapidated temple also affected by Tsunami. Once, as I reached the lesser crowded area of the beach, I stripped to full nude and put my shorts into the bag. For a short while, I had a tiny towel around my waist.

  As I walked further, I saw a group of girls coming from the fishermen colony in my direction. When they were a little distance away, I let go of the tiny towel and shoved that too into the bag and became full nude. It was a pleasant shock to the group of girls, most of them were giggling and amused. As I walked along, I also saw some love bird couples engaged in their whatever. I passed through a few of them. One of the them (the girl) bent and covered her head into her lover's thighs till I passed. Another couple were slightly amusedly shocked. I also went to one of them, and asked whether they can click a nude photo of mine on the beach. But they refused.

  After a while, I settled down on the beach nude and did some nude meditation, the evening was simply beautiful. One college student who was going to the colony stopped at me and asked me where I came from and why I was nude. I said, I love to be in the nude, and one with nature, the beach is great place to do that. He chatted for a while, I invited him to meditate with me. But he finally concluded that I might be a pervert rapist. As he walked ahead, I saw him murmuring, "someone is going to be harmed today.".

  Things got slightly complicated after that. As I walked further towards the colony, there were a few people who spotted me from atop a cliff. As soon as they saw that I was nude, they started shouting at me, "Don't come here.", they even gestured to harm me. I also saw that a little distance away, a rural woman was bathing in the sea with her two children, so I thought that is the limit and it's best to stage a quick retreat, lest they feel insecure about a nude man approaching them.

  I was still nude, but I retreated in the direction I came from. However, on the way back, in one of the college couples, the man thought I am a mad cap and I might harm his girl. He then picked a small tree branch, you know those thick ones off a coconut tree, that was lying on the beach. He shouted, "Don't come near, run away". I dint wear my clothes even then, but I started jogging towards the public area of the beach and as I approached it, I wore my shorts.

  For those who know Cuddalore, the police commissionerate/training college is somewhat on the way to the beach, there is even a police station nearby.This fact I came to know only when I was coming back from the beach to the main town. But there were no policemen patrolling the beach. Overall, though I was scared and careful all the time, I had a great nude walk on the beach. And the nude meditation experience was fantastic.

  I have wondered whether a towel is actually required -- legally -- when going through a toll plaza. I've only done it once or twice and always had a towel in my lap.   Working up the courage to enter a nudist resort, once inside in less than an hour I was completely at ease nude due to how friendly and accepting the other guests were. Now when I visit a nudist location, I can't wait to enter.

  I consider the boldest thing I have done to be the first time I walked naked along a street in broad daylight on holiday.
  I had taken rubbish to the bins naked several times in that apartment complex at a nudist beach but this time I elected to walk 150 yards along the street past the next two complexes onto the beach and back along the beach.
  This first adventure was the start of many such including 15 mile nude cycle rides and walking throughthe village to the baker's to fetch the breakfast croissants.

  My boldest activity was taking the trash out to the street; it was night time but my (then) neighbor had a security light that lit up the area. I pushed the trash bin out and quickly strode back to the house. There was a slight hill in the road that hid oncoming vehicles so I did not dally. I have repeated the exercise but am still careful.

My lights come on, but I've never had a car come past, and the eight degree temperature and snow on the bare feet made for a very quick round trip.

  Probably a moot point but I was / am more concerned about rattlesnakes than cars. I have killed three within 10 feet of my driveway. That makes it a little more bold . or dumb depending on your point of view. Thankfully they have all been less than 2 feet in length but that just means they hide better.

  I don't worry anymore about getting caught nude in a textile environment but my wife would be upset - very upset. She still worries about what people will think of me/us. So one night when on the boat solo it was daring for me to run around the marina nude trying to get some decent selfies. See attached.

  Like many, I take evening walks. I walk the riverbank near my house. Where I walk it runs behind a business, then behind houses. The houses back windows are less than 75 feet from where I walk. Thier fences are wrought iron. Yet to have been seen by home occupants, but have been seen by a rare passerby. By mil's there is another levee I walk ar night. Passes under/near bright light several places behind businesses and dark near a road. Met several people, mostly homeless, who engage in some talk. None had problems with my lack of clothes other than "aren't you cold?" Also do day walks in nature areas/preserves. Had to take a pic to match this sign. A car with people inside was on the other side of the brush.
