Nov 7, 2012I have gone free hiking and swimming along the river in the Wawona area. I have also been told that there are some hot springs somewhere that people use in the nude sometimes. Has anybody else free hiked or skinnydipped in a national park?

SteveNov 9, 2012Behind the Awhanee, look up (way up) for a trickle of water coming down the rock face. If it's there, and the sun is shining on the rock, then the water falls warm into a pool up the cliff a little way. You'd don't see the pool from the ground, and since it's not visible, it's often used nude. It's a safe, steep trail up.ReactReply
