  I am happy to see that she has a lawyer and is fighting it on sexual discrimination charges. As I understand it, New York law allows women to be top free. That would suggest that if the boys of the athletic teams can be top free at school, that teacher can be as well. The privacy issue is also important and reinforces my attitude of no pictures, even clothed ones, being sent electronically.

  There was a young school teacher in the USA who was sacked because someone filmed her dancing in a bikini while she was on vocation and the film was sent to the school she worked at and it was decided she wasn't setting a good example to her pupils

  Crazy. I'm not a lawyer but I'm certain she has a case, from multiple angles. Hope she gets restitution.
