I am not very savvy with computers or websites.
I am old school so I need detailed instructions, please.
Thank you for helping me !!!
I live in Phoenix, Arizona and want to meet local like minded guys to socialize with and share the empowered freedom of nudism - any age adult.

When I first tried it I was getting error messages. I just kept resubmitting ( 3 x) then the certification went thru.

You have to submit two pictures, one of an official goverment id (Replaces clothed picture), one nude holding a sigh with your username, userid, todays date, and the website name (True Nudists). On the id, I believe you can block out the id number and address. The process on Android or Apple should be similar. John aka cobeachbum

Nudist327, Thank you for your advice. I sometimes get frustrated when I did everything right, but I failed and have to try again another day. But I like the site and appreciate the chance to meet like minded guys and opportunities to be naked with others, more fun than alone !!!

John aka cobeachbum, Thank you for your info. I have been busy (wore clothes so it was "work") but I'll follow up with the details you gave me. Have a great nude day, Skip

I keep trying this. I took photos, click browse select photos, hit finish button and get error that I need to upload photos? Shouldn't that be the "finish and submit button" this is frustratingly dumb!

    I'm having the same issue.

I tried technical support and tried emailing support@truenudist.com. So far, no response.

Changes to the certification process have recently been made. Also, members cannot now upload photos until they are certified. All new members have a filler displayed for their user picture.USER IDFirst, change your USER ID issued by the system when you applied for membership. You can do that on your personal "MY SETTINGS" page. Go to the "ACCOUNTS" tab and change the USER ID field. It is very hard to change the USER ID after you are certified.CERTIFICATIONYou have a personal menu. Mine sometimes shows up on the left side of the window. Choose the "Certification" option. Follow the instructions. Wait for each page to finish processing. Sometimes the website is vary slow. Be patient. Make sure each page is finished. I recommend using the "browse" function to upload. The drag and drop function was not working properly this week. Certification pictures must be clothed. No nudes allowed. Nudes will just be deleted. This protects against a children uploading naked picture of themselves. In most places is is illegal to solicit naked pictures from children. I found that a head and shoulders view where the face details are large and clear worked for me. Full body views did not work. I think the moderator needs a clear comparison between the picture ID and the face in the personal photo. There is no limit to how many times you can apply. I tried for more than a dozen times until I found a combination that was accepted. Other people seem to get it on the first try.

I did this 5 times last week 5 new photos each time. 100% compliant and have had a held desk ticket in for over a week. I paid, but my bank pulled the money back, as they refuse to certify me and they refuse to tell me why besides the generic answer. if the moderators actually want certified members, please do your job and answer the help desk ticket. its not that hard.

Did you try submitting a head and shoulders view? That is what finally got me Certified.

I try to up load the head and shoulders pic but the image that it shows when I upload is not the picture I selected from my photos. Im using the printed form they show. Its legible and close to the camera but that photo is not the one it shows in the preview after I elected it. Please advise. I am at a loss in the photo selection.

Did you use the "drag and drop" function, or did you use the "browse" function?
