I really enjoy going after Labor Day when the tourists all go home, the kids are back in school, and the beach really quiets down to a local crowd. The days are warm, the water is still warm, and the air is crisp with lower heat and humidity. September is perfect month to go.

Saw more men on the path without shirts. Don't know if it is because they are realizing that there is no need for one or it is just because of the heat. Also a few other men in just swim briefs, like me and a very few in g-strings. Don't think I would be bold enough to cross the main park road with my entire rear showing.ReactReply - MEMemberJul 21, 2023
Seems like such a struggle to take a shower with swimwear on by the facilities that are next to the road.

I found this to be especially true before I retired and my ability to go during the week was limited. Not crowded, even on weekends. I have also been there in late October and early November if we got an unusually warm day.ReactReply - TD
