Nude Recreation on the Northern Chesapeake Bay Hart Miller Island

The northwest side of Hart Miller Island used to see a lot of discrete nude sunbathing on boats. I have noticed that no one goes there anymore. I heard rumors of surveillance cameras monitoring what is happening there. Is this true? And if so, and if people are not sunbathing there anymore can you please make recommendations for where to go to catch a few rays Au Naturale around the area of the Middle River?
