Giggle is your friend. Also, check out a group called the Long Island Travasuns (travasuns dot org). They are a  TNS non landed group in the NYC area that holds monthly nude swims in  the winter months and outdoor activities in the summer including nude dinner cruises on the NYC area waters. Their next swim is Feb 21.

  Sea Streak runs a ferry service from downtown to Sandy HookI never been on it or know anyone who has but its great if you dont have a car or to avoid traffic
  I think there is a shuttle bus service to the Gunnison Beach (nude) area
