Overnight along the I-81 corridor?

I travel from MD to Nashville every 2-3 months and usually get a hotel somewhere between Bristol and Knoxville, but got to wondering if there might be a clothing optional stopover instead. I saw something about a place near Knoxville but no contact info. Ideas?
