When I was much younger my friends and I would head to Navarre Beach. I guess it's gotten more populated since then. They have some resorts in Al and Ga, but have never been and it's not a beach. Ship Island (Gulfport, Miss) has been nude friendly on the east side of the island for many years. But in 2011, I had a bad experience with a female ranger and have not returned since. I may give it a try this March and update you. Good luck
