Recommendations for Free Hiking in New Hampshire

Hey all - as the summer blazes on, I'm trying to find as much time to get outside and get hiking as possible. Does anyone have any recommendations for good, less traveled trails in NH that I could get some free hiking in on? Spots to stop and swim along the way would be great too!
