  There is some nude use at Little Megan's Bay.

  On my bucket list is to spend time on a private sailboat. Do that, and you can go nude for days on end and will likely find other sailors doing the same. An option for that with a crew is Boat in the Buff, but I believe they are in the BVI.

  we rented a sail boat for a week down there.  we sailed nude every day, and swam nude off the boat.  we did find one beach that was secluded enough to swim to shore nude, but other than that I don't know of any places that are legal nude beaches

He has sailed the Caribbean nude and can tell you all about it.
