Barcelona (city) Nude beaches — Nude Beaches on True Nudists

Looks like I will have to work from my city office for the next couple of days. Would like to go for a quick swim at lunchtime, so was wondering if anyone had been to the Barcelona nude beaches? Can you recommend either Playa Sant SebastiÃ orPlaya La Mar Bella?

I've been on Nova Mar Bella in October time, the weather was still nice but the beach was uncrowded. As with most of Barcelona (and many big cities) keep an eye on your stuff!
