LA Area Beaches — Nude Beaches on True Nudists

So I am in the Los Angeles area for work and have the day off tomorrow. I was looking around at some clothing optional beaches around and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on which one to go to or which is best and what to expect. The ones I was looking at are More Mesa, San Onofre, or Pirates Cove.

Although it's about an hour and a half north of LA (depending on traffic), Bates Beach is the closest with a clothing-optional section (along the concrete retaining wall on the north end of the beach). Take the Bates Road exit off the 101 Hwy.
