We are newbies to this site but not to the bare necessities. Traveling to Sydney and was unable to locate any current reviews on clothing optional beaches in the Manly area or state restrictions/protocol on being topless on the beach. Perhaps you may be of assistance, thank in advance for your help and hope to see you on the beach.
