Erection Pics — Rules for posting in here on True Nudists

Has Truenudist's policy on pictures of guys with erections and girls with spread legs pussy shots changed? I ask because there are now a lot of those pics on peoples profiles. I thought that every picture someone puts up has to be approved first by a mod. If that is the case then they see these pics and give their ok. I don't mind the erection and pussy shots, personally I wouldn't post that kind of pic on my profile but can understand other people doing it. I was just wondering if the rules have changed.

I don't tihnk there is any need for anyone to have a shot of just their genitals let alone an erection!!

Hi cheri do you not need to 'enlarge' the photo from the profile 1st? other wise the url does not appear. This is done by choosing the pic then double clicking that pic. Not sure will all operating systems but that is how with the Microsoft versions and Firefox too.

Using your example - if someone has rule violating pictures open and available to any and all members it is equivalent to them sitting, standing walking around a nudist club with an erection and EVERY member would have EVERY right to complain to a manager to have that person removed. If they close those pictures and make them available to "friends" and/or certified members that would be similar to "covering up" with a towel and then "lifting" it to "show off" to a select few. And if one of those "friends"/certified members is offended by it they would have EVERY right to complain to a manager to have that person removed. A lose/lose situation for any member who feels it necessary to post pics that violate the rules/guidelines for picture posting. The posting rules are pretty darn simple, any intelligent adult can follow them...Photo Guidelines..Please follow them1. Your profile photo (1st picture)must contain you. Afterwards you may upload any photos you like 2. Pleaseno erection shots,crotch shotsor pornographic photos 3.No Spread Eagle, or shots where thebutt, genitals or anus are the main focus point.4. Images containing nudity can not contain anyone under the age of 18. 5. We are no longer approving pictures that contain only genitals, 6.If you choose not to show your face then you may not show your genitals.7. All Photos are approved at the discretion of the administrator. For those who can't or won't follow them...kind of makes me question their intelligence. For those who encourage and defend them and are opposed to or unwilling to uphold the rules that they agree to by being a member here...kind of makes me wonder why they're on this site to begin with. I have uploaded over 10 pictures and every one of them has taken a day or so before they were approved. But it has been a few months since I uploaded the last one and in that time I have been seeing a lot more erection and pussy shots on peoples profiles than ever before. Whether you agree with Cheridonna or not, she has done more for the nudism cause in the US than just about every other poster on this forum combined. You might want to show a little respect for one of the people who has worked long and hard so that all nudistsin the U.S. can legally enjoy what few freedom's we have. I am one of the last to jump on the troll-patrol band wagon, it happens far too often here IMHO, but I gotta say ... that is one of the many things a troll does - personally attack someone. My clothed pictures depict other parts of my life for my friends, so they'll know more sides of me than just the naked me. Gator1

[/quote] Any member who clicks on any one else's picture that is violating the rules for posting pics on the site and doesn't like what they see also has the option to flag the profile. Plain and simple. Let's do suppose that you are offended by a "boob shot" of a woman...you'd kind of be out of luck as there is nothing in the rules against a woman posting pictures of her breast(s). Now, if she were fondling her breasts, pinching her nipples or any number of things that made it "sexually explicit" or if it was a crotch shot, spread eagle shot, butt shot or one where her genitals (No, breasts are NOT genitalia) were portrayed without her face - then you could and should flag the picture if it offends you as it WOULD be violating the rules. This isn't a matter of what offends one person, but not the next. The picture posting guidelines are simple, straight forward and to the point. And ifanyone is offended by a picture thatviolatesthose rules they have the right to flag and complain to the site owner. Really, it just doesn't get any simpler than that. In no way am I or any one else trying to control what you choose to see. There is an entire internet for you to see what ever you want. However, the owner of this site (TT1) HAS dictated and does control what one is allowed to post on here. I have never once intimated that I am site admin, so I'm really not sure where that last comment is coming from. Yes, site admin (the site owner, TT1) is the ONLY one who has the right to approve or remove any picture at HIS discretion. But, every member has the right to flag and bring to his attention (as he has asked us to do -please see his blog3000 Users) any pictures that violate the rules HE stipulated. Jen

The choices we make begin with the posting of disagreable photos not with us having to be carefull as to what profiles we open! and no one looking at a prospective friend should be exposed to photos they may dislike!

henryb: you are correct that the Administrator is the only person who can enforce things here. But if you bother to look around the site you will find that he has asked members to assist him in that by bringing to his attention (flagging) people who break the easilly understood and clearly defined rules.
As to why would he choose to shut the site: well it is HIS to do what HE wants with it.

I moderate couple of groups on Flickr which forbid erections and pictured where the genitals are prominent. Usually I can pass or fail pictures looking at the thumbnail without clicking on it to look at the full size image but this means that I occasionally pass something which should be rejected. Once this has happened the picture will stay in the group forever unless I decide to spend hours going back through iit or somebody draws my attention to the lapse. Also the moderators have decided to enforce the rules more rigidly over the last year or so so there are pictures which got through under the old regime but should be rejected now. The main reason why the offending pictures are still there is that none of you are flagging them up. If you wish to post such pictures they should be in trueswungers.

I understand wanting to keep the site nudist, not porn, but there are some of us who are just erect more often. I stay away from nudist beaches because I get an erection when I get naked, even around the house. To me it's normal and it has nothing to do with other people's stereotypes or views. By denying this you create your own stereotypes of people who might have this kind of physical, mental makeup as being bad in some way.

Just like simple, casual nudity in a social forum ... Is it even possible to defend simple, non-sexual, erections to someone who has already decided it IS sexual... and therefore, offensive? ... However, being held accountable for -and defending- yourconscious actions, such as posting a picture, is a different matter.

Unfortunately for you the moderators are obliged to assume that all pictures with erections are posted with a sexual motive and to react accordingly.
I have had pictures which feature my genitals a bit too prominently removed by the moderators when they were intended to illustrate a problem which some people have with certain garments. Sometimes we just have to accept that a particular line has to be set and adhered to as carefully as possible.

Unfortunately in most men an erection is a semaphore that he is sexually excited. And we are supposed to separate nudity and sexual excitement. I guess the Mods have to draw the line somewhere. I feel for Dazhar's misfortune in getting unintended erections when naked even though he's been a nudist for 40 years. I have the opposite problem - often I can't get erect even when sexually excited.

My wife told me I should check it out. It was a great site. The owner ended up shutting it down because of that same issue. If you want to post pics of your erection go to True Swingers. Don't ruin it for the rest of us!
