Help with "There was an error with your photo upload"certification

Hey All,

I revoked my certification the other day to change my user name.
Since then I have been getting denied with "There was an error with your photo upload." message.
Ive tried resizing the images, uploading as JPEG, PNG and Tiff and still nothing.
Is anyone else having this issue? and tips on File types or sizing?

    Maybe you have to get re-certified now first?

    Oh that's the Issue, I can't seem to upload the ID images to get certified
