CMNM -- clothed male / naked male — Sex and Sexuality on True Nudists

this just came to mind as i was replying to an older post about drawing the line between nudism and exhibitionism...
CMNM -- clothed male / naked male -- is about loving the idea of being clothed in the company of guys who are naked, or being naked in the company of guys who are clothed.

i consider myself to be both a nudist and an exhibitionist, and can easily draw the line between the two depending on the situation and the company.
however, i was wondering if i was alone in being insanely turned on by the idea of being the only naked guy in the company of clothed guys in all kinds of CMNM situations?

i would have no problem with this look at san francisco, the other day they had a nude santa claus gather in the streets to try to get into the guiness book of recorders - i saw nothing with it. but to be nude among textiles wouldn't bother me.

I also see no problem here... why would it be a problem to be naked among clothed? (Or to talk about it in this forum, for that matter?) Does that make me less of a true nudist?! Sorry, but no... My CMNM interest has helped me take nudity into conventionally clothed domains, such as WNBR, street fairs, city strolls. So it is not only about the fetish/kick.

and by justifying CM NM and nudism, a fetish and being socially nude, adds thus one more blurring of the lines between nudism and sexual activity. CM NM is strictly fetish oriented, and as with sexual partner preferences, has NO bearings on nudism, except to blur the lines which we are struggling to keep clear, even more.
Two steps back for nudism.....

[/quote]This IS a "sex and sexuality" forum. I guess if you don't like reading about sexuality you could...oh..I don't know...maybe not read this forum??? I honestly have never understood why even some nudist find themselves to be prudish in some ways. You would think the whole naked thing would have taken care of modesty and prudishness. A prudish nudist seems like an oxymoron to me. That's not to say that nudist pursuits should be equated with a sex fest. But I see no problem discussing sexual things in a sexuality forum. And CMNM isn't even necessarily sexual. Some of us like the contrast it brings to photography for instance.

I have had several CFNM situations. One currently regularly occurs with an older neighbour and friend.
Its happened less so with males. Maybe because males are more likely to be fully nude too?

It can be fun. I have done gardening work naked and have been a naked waiter for a friend's birthday party. It is strange and amusing how being naked with a naturist group can be non-sexual, while being the only one naked becomes sexual. Probably more to do with the reaction of the clothed participants and the expectation of a voyeuristic/exhibitionist interaction.

[/quote] I guess at least for some guys this is relevant, maybe because they have some exhibitionistic tendencies (without any judging about it) or just because of the tension the situation implies. I had a bf for some time who was into this and it was clear it was an erotic or sometimes even sexual thing to him, while being socially together at a nude beach for example didn't have such effects.

Its one of those great pleasures to have in life. CM NM is something I have done many times over the years at my friends parties. The party started at 5:00, as soon as I showed up I would go out to the pool and get naked.
Well I would go back into the house naked and make a drink for myself. Or get food from the buffet table. Well I was the only one naked and it felt so good. The other men always looked and commented, and some would touch my ass or more. Which was okay with me. I guess I liked the attention and stood tall every time.
I moved away from my friends two years ago and I still miss those wonderful people and parties ! But the camping trip is coming up in October. But lots of the guys are learning to enjoy being naked with me.

I find this discussion quite intriguing. I understand the ideas of exhibitionism and fetishism being part of it. My own experience is similar to some others, but for me, it isn't inherently sexual. As I've mentioned in other posts, I'm grateful to have amazing friends who, although not nudists themselves, accept me being nude at my place or theirs. I've had non-nudist friends assist me with taking photos while I'm nude and they're fully clothed. I've made an effort to enlighten these friends on the normalcy of nudity and have established a relationship where I'm nude and they're not. I must admit, being nude around clothed friends makes me feel very exposed, and I enjoy that sensation. However, I do question whether that makes me an exhibitionist or sexual. I'm uncertain because they fully know I'm going to be nude and there isnt sexual activity.

I am a bit of an exhibitionist too and dont mind being naked in front of others wearing clothes, when hiking naked i quite often come across other totally clothed walkers, or on a mixed clothing optional beach

I love to be naked with other clothed men! I find it embarrassing, especially when they look at my penis. Sometimes it gives me a boner but since I'm proud of my body I don't let it bother me.

I have no problem at all with CMNM i also like CFNM that happens every day here, as my wife is not a nudist. I work as a life nude art model so it happens at work to and i am very comfortable with being the only one naked.
