Another pee question

A few months ago I asked if you would per in the sink. That generated quite a few responses. So here is another one. Do you find it easy to pee while in the water? I often will relieve myself while in a lake ,(not a pool) but find that I don't pee as easily as while standing at the urinal. It might be a matter of temp. Cold restricts. What do you think?

    No problem at the toilet or urinal.
    Will pee in the ocean but no other bodies of water.

    When it comes to peeing I have no serious issues. The only thing I have is I tend to be a slow leaker towards the end. I've tried Kegeling to correct it but it didn't help.
