I know is not a medical conditon but I don't like how it looks.
When I can spend more time naked, it tends to disapper; but sadly most of the time I have to keep my clothes on.
Have you guys found the way to get rid of it?

    I've noticed this on heavier guys, and like you, have no idea.
    I've used a bleaching creme to lighten the area around my "hole". Apply 2x day and notice a gradual difference in 1-2 weeks. Dr. Fulbright's bleaching creme - google it.
