I'm dealing with a similar condition due to a surgery and my urologist recommended injections and a pump. I haven't done either yet, and I'm interested to hear about what others have to say about them. Good luck!

I've chatted and meet a few guys that do the shot, they are happy with the result though two are not fond of the erection lasting even after sex. I can't imagine putting a needle into my penis...uggg..

I used the shot for about a year for this same problem. It did work well except for two times the erection lasted almost two-three hours and became painful. The only problem that I also had was sometimes I didn't get the shot in the right place and it didn't work at all and I usually got a severe bruise and my penis was painful for a few days after. to correct my problem, I got a penile implant and have been fairly happy with it. I get hard and stay hard until I let the fluid out of the apparatus. I think I did lose a little lengthand sometime I don't have as much sensation as I like but I still can get the job done and my wife seems to beo happy with it. Ask your urologist about it.

I 've had my first injection, its not as painful as it sounds. We're still working out the correct dosage, and possibly changing the type of medicine. Its not fun, but beats the alternative of nothing at all. Any questions just ask.
