What you are asking for is very practical and eventually you will find someone. I found someone, unintentionally through this website and it has worked out quite well. Always a good idea to be social friends first so that you each know more about the other and there are less problems at move-in. Keep looking, the right person will be out there.

Would you consider a nudist traveler about your age crashing at your place for a night or two mid-March 2020? I will be passing thru NYC and would be fun to let it hang out after a day of sightseeing. Thanks
