I'm a hairy guy. How many others are there? Should I trim? Shave? Leave it alone?

Jun 4, 2018I'm hairy but trim/shave depending on the weather. I tend to "run warm" and having the extra insulation in the summer months is a bit too much for me personally, so I trim it down to be a bit cooler. It's not so much about vanity as it is about comfort and temperature control. I'm quite comfortable either way.

natural is always best for me, so if you are furry, i want to see the fur. If you are generally smooth, than enjoy that naturally too...

Jun 14, 2018I just think this question is a bit silly. Hairy/shaved is a personal choice. If you are happy hairy be hairy. Happy shaved, shave. Years ago I began shaving my groin area in order to get a good seal on my erectaid. As time passed I became so enamoured with the smooth look I began shaving more and more until I realized I was a smoothy. So I have been shaving for years and love the feel. I've had medical professionals mention my smoothness and have never had any reservations in telling them why I am smooth. So your choice my choice it's all personal.

I think it's up to the person. Honestly, I prefer a little hair myself and my wife shaves her legs and armpits, but varies from being shaved to full bush. I tend to just trim, but I will shave everything from time to time.
For the most part, do it for yourself and nobody else.

Jun 15, 2018I have a full beard and very hairy all over, my girlfriend just loves it but she cannot stand a slight bristle on herself. So she keeps herself smooth all the time which I love. I have often asked myself this same question as a lot of men I know regularly shave their body hair. But that is not for me.

Jun 17, 2018Being a nudist is about accepting others as they are. It's a personal choice, I'd hope others accept my body hair as I accept their decision to have body hair or not.

Jan 1, 2019It is all a matter of personal preference and in some cases good hygiene. Do what makes you most comfortable and feels natural to you. Other people's opinions are largely irrelevant.

I used to trim my body hair. Never fully shaved.
But in 2018 I kind of got another attitude towards it and started to let it grow...and I like it. a lot. I know it's not everybody's cup of tea - but who cares as long as you are happy with it and feel good. And - some people really do like it.ReactReply - MEMemberJan 4, 2019
Moderately hairy and all natural here. Shaving or trimming, except for my face, never crossed my mind. What others think is quite irrelevant in this case. Do what makes you happy.

I think it depends on situation. As someone that is not hairy I do keep what I have trimmed. I think if you are hairy why not own it. It is a personal preference... the only thing I don't quite understand is when a guy has a hairy chest and they shave their pubes smooth. It just makes for an unusual look. But as I said to each their own.

I gained hair growth as I got into my thirties. I had little chest hair and back hair, always a full bush and hairy face if not shaven.
Then I started to get much more back hair as I lost some from my head. I assumed it transplanted. I just noticed today since I trim in the summer I have more gray pubic hairs than last year. Chest hair is been that way for some time. I do not want to shave, but have in the past for my wife. It is the hope she will end more attention there when shaved. My hair body is mostly a softer hair says my wife. We I mostly sleep nude..ReactReply
