Lack of loos

Has anyone noticed that public loos are being closed at many places. This gave me problems until I discovered an easy solution. On a hot summers day just wear baggy short nylon shorts. Then if you need a wee it's easy just pee through your shorts. No only do this bring relief but the shorts dry in no time. Obviously be careful where you do this so as not to offend. Had anyone else tried relieving this way? I would be interested if you would make contact. Thanks.
