Nudist with a penile implant.

I had prostate cancer a few years ago. A year later I got a penile implant. You can't tell I have it from looking but it does make me much more of a shower that grower. It makes me self-conscious because I'm afraid people will think I have a bit of an erection all the time. It's still mostly flaccid and points down but a lot fuller than I'm used to.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm probably over thinking but I don't want to appear like a creep.
