Penile Prosthesis

After several years of battling with erectile dysfunction, my urologist ultimately recommended surgery for implantation of an IPP (an inflatable penile prosthesis). I received mine -- the Coloplast Titan -- on September 2nd, and following a six week recuperation, I'm happy to report that the thing works better than expected. My erection is as firm as when I was 18 years old, and my length and girth are much improved. The issue is that even when deflated, my flaccid penis appears semi-erect.

Now, I've been a nudist well over half my life, and have heard all the lectures about body acceptance and absence of shame, but to be honest, I'm concerned that people will notice and comment on my semi-erect appearance. Would appreciate the nudist perspective.

I don't think you should worry.
There are several full nudes on TN that display what you describe. I did not see any negative comments about it. Just "keep on swimming".

I have had my implant for nearly seven years and never had any complaints about it looking semi erect while at a resort.

Thats great to hear your surgery went well and that youre feeling good again. From a nudist perspective, most people in the community understand that every body is unique and that medical procedures can change appearances. You will likely find that genuine nudists are accepting and nonjudgmental, they have seen all kinds of bodies and usually do not focus on such details. Confidence and comfort with yourself will go a long way, once you feel at ease, others will follow your lead.

Great to read that you recovered successfully, Is it a common result after surgery that guys might find after the operation ?

    Cheers
